Exchanges & returns
We guarantee to refund any item that you are not 100% happy with when you return it to us in it's original condition within 7 days of obtaining your item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (minus the delivery charge). Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will help resolve your issue.
Returns may be sent back to us via second class, first class or signed for but we request that you obtain a receipt of proof of postage as any items lost in return to us are at the responsibility of the sender.
UK: We request a £2 fee for return postage for exchanges and we send via signed for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL: We request a £8.00 fee for an item exchange to return the item to you via signed for delivery.
We package our Jewellery lovingly when we post it to you. If in the unlikely event your jewellery appears to be faulty upon arrival or becomes faulty up to 28 days from your purchase date please send us an email and we will help resolve the issue. Jewellery that appears to show any defects due to the result of general wear and tear or neglect shall not be regarded as faulty.
